Social mix, rue Sainte-Famille

Sketch for 120 affordable and inclusive 6½-room family dwellings, in response to Montréal’s By-law for a Diverse Metropolis (Inclusive Montréal action plan).

Goals: social mix, a balanced housing offer and lasting social housing in central Montréal, notably for immigrant families in which one or both parents are in training.
